Submit your Listings
Submit your listing for the caravan schedule by completely filling out the online submission. Be clear and precise in your driving directions and parking instructions. If you have any questions, please contact your HIR office at 935-0827.
*Deadline for all HIR Caravan Requests is on the Wednesday prior to the scheduled caravan date by 2:00 p.m.
Please note: You must notify the caravan coordinator if you are planning to serve refreshments and/or are planning any special activities at your caravan listing.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your submission is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email by the end of business day, please call us at 935-0827. Mahalo!
HIR’s Virtual East Hawai‘i Caravans
- As we connect virtually for caravans, all participating listing agents must register and attend the virtual meeting to present their listing(s) and will have up to five minutes “floor time” (marketing pitch; best features, remarks, etc.).
- You must be registered and logged into Zoom as scheduled to present your listing. Login as early as 8:30 a.m. Agenda and meeting to begin at 8:45 a.m.
- The caravan schedule is generated with a link to your MLS photos via alohaliving.com. If you have additional media (ie. Virtual tour, 3D walkthroughs, slideshow, etc.) already created for your listing, please send HIR staff the link. Send link to your Coordinator or directly to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. Here’s a sample of a previous caravan schedule.
- We ask that while others are presenting, your microphone remain muted until it’s your turn to present.
